“The LORD, the LORD, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation.” Ex. 34:6-7
These days of such tragedy and violence in Myanmar, I study the book of Psalms and I learn that God is slow to anger and His anger is just for a moment, and does not last long. We just need to come to Him with the heart of repentance. Myanmar is a land of idols and idol worship. The hearts of he people need to turn from false gods to the one true God. Many hearts are turning and because of this, I believe and pray that the anger of God on Myanmar would not last long either.
The ministry continues to go well and grow by the grace of God. Our home church, The Wireless Church of Christ in the town of Wireless (Yangon Region), is also doing well as are our four Children’s Homes in Yangon, Jung Byaw, Bago, and Putao where we currently are caring for 76 vulnerable children. We also support 23 evangelists, several who are in very dangerous areas, as well as 11 Bible college students. Please pray for them.
Khaw and I have done a lot of traveling over the past few months. We have visited many cities within Myanmar for celebrations for Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as for committee meetings, disaster relief, and outreach events. These were all very successful and well received. We also traveled to Thailand to attend a conference and to preach and teach at a Burmese Christian Church. This church helps many refugees that have escaped from Myanmar into Thailand.
Soon my assistant pastor Aung Ram, Khaw and I are heading to the capital of Myanmar, Nay Phi Taw, to begin the process of planting a church there. This is a very fertile ground for evangelism and support of believers who are living and working there. Please pray for our success and that the gospel with take root there and grow.
Elections began on December 28, and Khaw and voted. I will not put in details here as this is a very sensitive matter. but you can find out more looking online. I am praying that no matter the outcome, that God will cause some good come out of this election.
I believe that the anger of God on Myanmar will not last long, and I pray for his mercy on our land. And, as always, we thank you for your generous and faithful support.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
We had Christmas celebrations in Pya Thaung Su, Udu, Jung Byaw, and Wireless (Yangon). We preached, sang, performed skits, and shared the gospel to many believers and unbelievers. We also shared food, medicine, water, mosquito nets, and clothing to those in need. Thank you for your support. We could not do this without your faithful and generous support!
We went door to door in poor villages delivering a Christmas meal and other supplies as needed. We also served a Christmas dinner to all who attended our services.

Judah and Khaw’s daughter Zamiwayne graduated from Johnson University TN Summa cum laude (with highest praise) with a degree in Business Administration. We are so proud of her. And Judah’s assistant pastor Aung Ram and his wife celebrate the birth of their 3rd child, a little girl. We are so happy for them!
More Souls won for Christ!
We gave $1250 to help repair a church in Lego, and we gave $2000 to help build a home for an IDP camp preacher. His home will also be used to house church gatherings.
PRAY FOR:
- Evangelists Khin Jong Sein, Khin Jong Dee, Myint Aung, and Win Soe living in unsafe areas where there are frequent bombings, shooting, stealing etc.
- Plans to move forward for a new church plant in Nay Phi Taw, the capital of Myanmar.
- Funds needed to build houses for IDP (Internally Displaced People). The cost is about $500 per home and we want to build 10.
- That our many new converts and our own faith will increase even as the evil around us seems to increase.
PRAISE:
- That our 4 children are safe in American and Malaysia and working or going to school. Thank you to those who are helping them.
- Our daughter Zamiwayne graduated from JUTN and Samuel completed his first semester at JUTN.
- Our assistant pastor Aung Ram’s healthy new baby girl.
- We were able to help rescue a young lady who had been trafficked and is now safe in Thailand.
- We were able to purchase a new truck! Our old one became unusable and we have needed to replace it for many years. This is a big answer to prayer!
